For Deliveries Within Australia:

• We aim to dispatch your contact lenses during the normal business week, within 24 hours from receipt of your order and your contact lens prescription.
• Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery of your order within Australia.
• Your order is delivered directly to your work or home.
• For delivery of up to 4 boxes of contact lenses, the total delivery cost will be AU$8.00 (for deliveries within Australia).
• For delivery of 5 or more boxes of contact lenses, the total delivery cost will be AU$13.00 (for deliveries within Australia).
• All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and must be signed for at delivery.

FREE DELIVERY is offered for all orders over AU$275.00 if delivered within Australia.

For Deliveries Outside Australia

• We aim to dispatch your contact lenses during the normal business week, within 24 hours from receipt of your order and your contact lens prescription.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order to destinations outside Australia. Please note that delivery times are difficult for us to determine as they depend on the local postal system in your country.
• For delivery of up to 4 boxes of contact lenses, the total delivery cost will be AU$18.00. This includes the cost of freight and insurance against loss or damage of your order.
• For delivery of 5-10 boxes of contact lenses, the total delivery cost will be AU$26.00. This includes the cost of freight and insurance against loss or damage of your order.
• For delivery of 11 or more boxes of contact lenses, the total delivery cost will be AU$35.00. This includes the cost of freight and insurance against loss or damage of your order.
• All international orders are sent via Air Mail.

SPECIAL DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS can be made for urgent orders within Australia or overseas. Please advise us when placing your order if you need any special delivery arrangements made.
